Hello! I am Angie Kang, practices yoga for 15 years and teaches yoga over 4 years in Singapore.
The class is emphasized alignment of the body, unique sequencing and focusing on muscular strength, relieve body tension and breathing.  
I am deeply committed to a mindful and gentle approach to yoga integrating body & mind as well as guiding students to develop self-awareness and self-care.
