Hello Angie here from Korea and who living in Singapore.
Angie has been teaching yoga for over 5 years and has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for over 15 years. Her qualifications include YTE 200 hours Yoga Alliance, partner yoga, Thai massage, myofascial tension release, and most recently, a certification for the MYRing Yoga which she has completed in an intensive teacher training in Seoul.
Angie is a warm and engaging teacher whose community of students spans local Singaporeans and Korean expats. Angie emphasises alignment in her classes, and loves to play with unique sequencing. Her great joy is observing her students in their journey – as they build strength, stability, flexibility and a solid foundation in their yoga practice. She is deeply committed to a mindful and gentle approach to yoga that integrates the body & mind. Her focus is to guide her students to develop self-awareness and to embrace self-care.
