Mindful and relaxation yoga class

In this fast paced world, our minds & bodies are constantly in a moderate state of stress. It is challenging to be mindful and present when we race from one task to the next. Mindfulness Yoga encourages a holistic experience of yoga through movement, breath and focusing of the mind. We invite you to tune in to the sensations of your body through movement, active-holds and stretches - to release tension, build flexibility and develop an awareness of your body and breath. We will open and create space in the body while ultimately clearing the mind for savasana. This is a Beginner Friendly class.
