HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING TIME?

Spatulaworks skin care range are uniquely made to order basis and there will be a processing time of 14 days lead time upon confirmation of order placement. 

We ensure the freshest batches of production with high, natural quality ingredients being sourced and formulated to give you our unique products.

HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

As we pledge our products on the highest quality and as our range of skin care are specifically on a made to order basis, direct shipment from South Korea 14 days upon order received, 

We do not accept any return policy /product exchange due to that nature. 

Our products are of the highest quality and extra care and handling is done to make sure that our customers receive the products in the good condition.

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments through Paypal using your Paypal CC. Once you click on payments through Paypal, you will be brought to a Paypal website requesting your credit card details. All Paypal transactions are secured and verified with Paypal platform.

Please make payments within 24 hours

Once done, we will send you a confirmation email with your invoice number on your successful payment 

Orders with "Pending Payment" statuses will be automatically cancelled after one day.
